Refund Policy

1. Live Animal Returns & DOA PolicyWe strive to ensure that all live animals arrive in excellent condition. If a bearded dragon arrives deceased (DOA), you must contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photographic proof. Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Non-Animal ProductsUnused and unopened reptile supplies may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective upon arrival.

3. Order CancellationsOrders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.

4. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refunds if return conditions are not met.
